Our “Open-Faced” CSW bit is fast and easy to use with our 48v Wire wrapping guns. It cuts, strips, and wraps the wire in one simple operation. There is no need for wire preparation since this tool can wrap directly from a reel or harness. The CSWB bit heads work in conjunction with the bit head holder (CSWH-1) to achieve all three functions: cut, strip, and wrap. For operators who are not familiar using an “open-faced” CSW tool, we highly recommend practicing the technique before using.
